1. Ground coffee beans: medium ground coffee.

2. Golden ratio: about 1 g : 15 ml or 1.4 oz : 20 US fl oz (coffee powder: water)

Water temperature: 185℉-208℉( 85℃- 98℃)

3. Preheating: Wet the paper filter with hot water until it completely soaked. Then pour out the preheated water.

4. Add ground coffee to the paper filter on the dripper.

5. Water injection and steaming: Inject hot water until the ground coffee powder are completely soaked. Wait for about 20 to 40 seconds, and continue injecting water until the gas in the coffee powder is completely released.
